Access to candidate information is strictly limited to trained employees who require the information to perform their job functions. All employees are regularly trained on data privacy, confidentiality, and security best practices.

ProVerify powered by Application Verification does not use candidate data for any purpose other than fulfilling background screening services. Candidate information is never sold, shared for marketing, or used outside the scope of the background check process.

DATA INTEGRITY

We take reasonable steps to ensure that all data collected is accurate, complete, and current. However, because some data is obtained from third-party sources, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by those sources.
